We at the Oregon Recreation Coalition are looking for any ammo in which to combat this continued taking of our routes...you raise some interesting points. In a update to Jessie concerns, I had recently heard that State Parks was stepping in to help purchase land on John's Peak, but now there is some new legal challanges about EA's being completed before State Funds can be spent...I'd like to see where that legal requirement is coming from.
